Do you provide custom-made aluminium windows?Yes, we offer aluminium windows customised to suit your building project requirements. We have designed, manufactured and installed Aluminium windows and Doors of over 3 meter high x 6 meters wide.

How Aldow Windows process starts and engage with clients?We start by reviewing your architectural design and windows and doors schedule and energy rating report. Once this is reviewed we will give you our quotation along with shop drawings

Will Aldow Windows provide design suggestions?We will always go with the design specified by your architect in your architectural drawings. However, if you have any specific design requirements we can directly coordinate with your architect and building surveyor to ensure that they are in line with your permit requirements.

What level of manufactures that Aldow Windows work with on final orders?We use state-of-the-art technology and techniques to manufacture high-quality custom aluminum products that meet the highest standards of durability and functionality.

What types of glass do you use?Our basic minimum standard is to use tempered glass manufactured to AS/NZS 2208:1996 Safety Glazing materials in buildings. Depending on your energy rating requirements we can supply both single glazed and double glazed windows and doors.

Do your windows meet energy efficiency standards?Yes, our windows meet or exceed Australian energy efficiency standards.

Do you provide installation services?Yes, we offer professional installation services for our commercial series (aldow 100 Series) limited to metropolitan cities and subject to volume. Please request for installation in you Request For Tender notifications

What is the warranty on your aluminium windows?We offer 10 years warranty on powder coating, 7 years warranty on Glass, 5 years warranty on workmanship and 2 years warranty on hardware.

What is the lead time for delivery?Our standard lead time is 7 weeks for orders placed between March to October and 10 weeks for orders placed between November to February.

Do you deliver nationwide?We deliver in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, New Southwales and Queensland. At this stage we do not deliver in Western Australia and Northern Territory. Delivery charges and lead time will be different to non metropolitan capital cities.
